Return Policy

At Jumping Jack Cards, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before ordering:

• Sealed Products: We accept returns on sealed items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrives damaged.

• Opened Products: For the integrity of the hobby, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, unsealed, or had their packaging tampered with. This includes booster packs, boxes, and any product where the factory seal is broken.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

• Custom/Mystery Products: All custom or mystery packs are final sale and non-returnable once shipped.
