• Pre-orders will ship on or after the official release date.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including tracked and untracked services.

• Rates are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

• UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• International delivery times vary by country and shipping method.

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays or customs.

Tracking

• If you choose a tracked service, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

• We cannot provide tracking for untracked services.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

• For lost parcels, please contact us after the courier’s delivery timeframe has passed.

• Claims will only be accepted for orders sent with a tracked/insured service.

Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

International Customers

• Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

• We are unable to mark parcels as “gifts” or undervalue them.
