3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include/exclude VAT where applicable (see checkout for details).

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within the stated timeframes.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.

  • Opened, unsealed, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Custom or mystery products are final sale and non-returnable.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

6. Community Guidelines (Discord & Social Platforms)

  • Be respectful to other members. Harassment, hate speech, or spamming will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or ban users from our community spaces without notice.

7. Liability

  • Jumping Jack Cards is not responsible for indirect losses, including missed opportunities or collector value fluctuations.

  • We do not guarantee future market value of any product.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
